Location: Several Locations throughout US
Description: We are currently seeking a Sr. Customer Service Representative to assume responsibility for various administrative duties within a fast paced environment. Duties include customer service inquires and training users on the EASE Software system.
Requirements: Excellent phone and computer skills required. Applicants previously trained on EASE preferable. US Citizens only please.

Account Management, eCampusRecruiter : EASE Division
Location: Several Locations throughout US
Description: eCampusRecruiter EASE account managers work with a select group of college and university clients. Daily activities can include training users, answering support questions, and conducting software demonstrations. Some travel may be required througout the year.
Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1-3 years experience working in the higher education career services software industry or 3-5 years of technical support background. US Citizens only please.
